The breakfast selection had many options and everything was cooked well. The hotel provided dishwashing liquid for our baby bottles, a very helpful touch! the frozen yoghurt machine was a great way to end the evening. Staff were very cute. They were prompt in responding to our requests!

The staff greeted me warmly. they also quickly addressed all my needs. i even got a birthday mini-cake and chocolate covered strawberries. The front desk staff remembered my birthday. the rooms have a very interesting, abstract, modern design. It was a surprise to be upgraded to the urban one-bedroom junior king suite city view.

The staff were attentive and polite. Fantastic customer service was evident throughout my stay. the breakfast selection was fantastic and even accommodated our fasting needs with a pre-dawn spread.
The suite rooms felt cold and dark. the new year's eve party in spice market had a misleading food selection. What was called lobster resembled small shrimp.

i really liked how pet friendly the hotel is. this. tarek, sabrine, and safa provided really good service too. they were all attentive.

The staff was really good (especially the concierge Mohammed Firous). He. He provided numerous ideas for activities, fulfilled several requests, and offered helpful information.
The suite felt somewhat cold and dark. It could benefit from more natural light. Some warmer lighting options would be great, to add to the ambiance.

the breakfast at the market by jean-georges restaurant was amazing the food was delicious.
we stayed in the hotel in january 2024 the queue was exceeding 20 minutes i did not like that. the egg benedict was overcooked as well i had to send it back.
